Important information

In order to associate multiple files submitted by the same people, we ask that you submit your name and class year with your submissions. Optional identifying information, such as major/s, minor/s, living group affiliation, and course can also be selected. You may choose what, if any, of this information to be allowed to be made public. Again, for clarification:

  • We require your email, this information will not be published or released anywhere without expressed permission
  • Anything you select as "OK to make public" can and may be made publically available.
NOTE: All information will be recorded in databases available only to the professor and current class of STS.050. Your personal information will not be made public except as you have permitted.
By uploading or mailing a letter or submitting a photograph to this project you are certifying that you the creator of this work and that you are granting MIT permission in perpetuity to use and publish the contents in print, electronic and other media.

500 Characters Max. This is very open-ended, what are you/were you involved while you were at MIT? What clubs did you partake in? Which Committees were you on, etc.

This is very open ended, we included this as a way to allow people to let us know things that may not be covered by our basic questions. If you work at MIT, what do you do? If you're not a student or an alumni, what is your relationship to MIT? Have fun with this field! Otherwise, if we need information from you, we'll just reach out to you!
